I say you put ads everywhere except if you choose to put one in the header of a page don't put one in the footer or vice versa but in the end it is your decision.

There's an interstitial in cPanel. It shows up as soon as cPanel completely loads.

That's not actually all that annoying, if that's giving you the most cash, I say go for it.

Hmm...none on the poll...with research on Adsense (I do have a life and I didn't search Adsense for no purpose, I was trying to find something on Adsense), I found that people are bothered the least, and have the most clicks when it's put after the first post...like for example...in a blog, Lets say it looks like this:

I HATE that kind of ad. It disrupts the flow of the layout. Either put it at the beginning or the end [layout or time wise, i.e. banners or interstitials].

You could have ads on the suspended account page.

Also there is one question, will the ads count towards our bandwidth?

Posted

Currently, no.

If I put them in error pages or something, then yes, but barely anything. The ad code is like 100 bytes or so... it's client-executable javascript, so instead of the whole ad being passed from your site to the user, the javascript is passed from your site to the user, and then the ad is passed from the ad service to the user.

In short, you aren't losing much bandwidth at all, if any.

Not to mention the bandwidth is djbob's anyways. If you're that close to getting shutdown due to bandwidth restrictions, you should upgrade. :)

I don't know, I was just trying to think of things so that you could get enough money to keep this site going :P
