Blocking Anonymous FTP Access

I was trying to block anonymous FTP access. In the Anonymous FTP panel, I unchecked both checkboxes (Allow anonymous access to ... and Allow anonymous uploads to...) and then saved the setting. How come I can still access it anonymously?

My domain is dcvqksyb.heliohost.org.

It's alright... that "/pub/" folder is just a placeholder for serverwide anonymous access. None of your actual files can be seen.
