Hey all.

 

I'm new here.

 

At my high school in the internet censors are just insane. They have the latest version of St. Bernard and iPrism and it blocks pretty much everything, including connecting through a proxy server.

 

My Battlefield 1942/2 clan website is hosted on webtellect and runs on SMF 1.1, and it has never been blocked. When some of my friends saw me playing games in the forum arcade, they asked for the URL. Then I got a great idea, make my own forums with an arcade on an unblocked webhost.

 

This year the administration has really stepped up all these ridiculous rules, even the teachers hate them. So I, as well as the rest of the school population, am feeling a little rebellious.

 

I am attempting to maintain anonymity throughout the site and hopefully it won't get blocked and I won't get in trouble.

 

Helio guys: I love the site. I'm tired of all the other n00b webhosts.

Hey man, welcome to the forums, yeah I know how tough the proxy filter is it's like one in every three websites are blocked! It's ridiculous.

Yeah, thats my idea for a website, proxy with a few adverts to pay for a proper domain, and change it every month or so.

 

Will provide a pretty good service to the kids at my school too (get past SWL filtering)

 

Plus, free hosting is is like OMG1337! =D
