Bill Clinton said, "ya know, I could drop a $10,000 bill out the window and make one person very happy." And Hilary replied, "Yes, but I could drop 10 $1,000 bills out the window and make 10 people very happy." Then Al Gore said, "Well I could drop 100 $100 bills out the window and make 100 people very happy."
