I have used dream linux and PC-Linux. Both are pretty good but they are not Server based Linux Distro

I think u can take a brief look at DistroWatch.com for more stable and suitable Serevr Linux distro's

BTW I asked my brother and he says Debian is the best Server OS

Debian Etch is known for it's stability. Slackware would be another good choice for a Server OS.
