You asked for reviews, so here's one:

Weak documentation, "code" probably isn't the best word, far from professional. It's hardly worth the download with a plethora of similar programs currently available.

That's my opinion, brutal as it may seem.

 

For those of you doubtful, as sketchily as it was presented, it's not a virus, nor does it contain anything resembling one or other forms of malware.

 

I have a better alternative: Launchy. If you want something faster (as in, open on a key combo) but not exactly free, Keyboard Launchpad will do the trick.
