Seems like account deletion properly is not automatic. I have the same problem:

I registered, checked that I was in queue(5th at that time), now I see this

Also my_domain.com/cpanel brings me to http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ witch is the old one.

It looks like it got deleted out of the queue. Did you happen to get another email saying there was a problem?
