I browsed around on the support forums, and discovered that it is because I have other account registered with my IP. This accounts were registered 1-2 years ago, and I no long remember any login details for them. I am requesting all accounts registered on my current IP be removed from the HelioHost servers, so that I can create a new account. Thank you for your support!
