Is There Any Country To Balance The World's Power?

World needs power balance to bring justice in the world. Some people thinks that Russia is still badly disturbed due to its economy and unable to show it's strength to balance the World's Power. However, some favors China in this context. What do you think?

World really needs balance of power. I favors China which is in so good position and may act as Super Power.

Eventually the US dollar will collapse when the world decides it's done buying our debt. Then, shit will really go down and yeah, China will probably come out on top.
