How Do I Get A Subdomain To Show The Contents Of A Domain?

Recommended Posts

I have a subdomain like "subdomain.mydomain.com" and another site like "myotherdomain.com". How do I make it so that my subdomain site will show the contents of myotherdomain.com.

So like on myotherdomain.com for example there is a directory like "test", I want to be able to acess the folder "test" on my subdomain like "subdomain.mydomain.com/test".

Thanks,

Harry

By creating myotherdomain.com as an addon domain, cPanel automatically creates a subdomain of your main domain for you (it asks what you want it to be). You can also simply create a subdomain set to the same directory as myotherdomain.com.

For example, if myotherdomain.com points to /home/example/public_html/test, you would set subdomain.mydomain.com to point to /home/example/public_html/test
