daizu Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Help I cant Parked Domain.. Heres the Error. Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 194.0.39.1,194.0.40.1,194.0.38.1,194.0.41.1 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. Quote
bayparkm Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 You have to change the nameservers that your domain name points to. You should be able to do this from your registrar. Check their website for information. The heliohost nameservers are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Check this page on the wiki for more information. http://wiki.helionet.org/Parked,_Addon_and_Sub_Domains 1 Quote
daizu Posted March 30, 2013 Author Posted March 30, 2013 thanks for answering my question .. i can parked now domain using that nameservers.. but how can i remove the default page on my site ? Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. Quote

adam.wk Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Oh sorry im just a newbie, i dont know if i will just edit the settings to get it work or wait it to completely work.. Like Shinryuu said, just wait. If it still doesn't seem to be working, flush your DNS cache and even try clearing your cache. If after that it still isn't working, then opening a support equestrian would probably be a good idea. Soulmate: could you clarify your question? Quote
