How I Can I Do To Make The Plugins "autoposteo" Not Resource Intensive?

Several of my friends who have blogs, I have been invited to post on mine, but can not for lack of time asking permission so my friends care about your postings via RSS to collaborate indirectly.

 

My problem is a WordPress plugin I need, which are the FeedWordPresss. Explain what I need to do to see if I can find you an alternative.

 

Is there another way to import plugin or friends' content automatically, without consuming a lot of resources?

Or that configuration is recommended to use this plugin or another plugin does the same without consuming a lot of resources?
