Since the owner (djbob) owns the servers and knowing him like I do, I think it would be safe to say, yes everybody would be notified via this forum. I also think it's safe to say that this won't be happening any time soon.

Yes Byron is absolutely right , @iohn2000 that thing wont be happening soon , as far as i have know this host 3 years ago and has been hosting my website here till now and will be.

 

so don't worry about it , and most importantly heliohost has a forum in which members and moderators are available here to answer almost any questions you have 24 x 7, which you may find even hard to find on a paid host , or any company.
