luvlylavnder
I installed an ssl on the server today and keep getting this error message when I try and go to the webpage via https. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.cheapdealzs.com. Byron
You need a dedicated ip to use SSL. We charge 12 dollars a year.

luvlylavnder
You need a dedicated ip to use SSL. We charge 12 dollars a year. Thanks for the info. Where can I find your paid service features at, I have browsed the site but cant seem to locate any paid services. 12.00 a year sounds wonderful but I would like to see what comes with that as far as speed, down time, etc. I am planning on setting up several different services in the next few months, and in the end will need to be able to have fast speed and accomadate for a very high traffic volume. I am hearing that I may end up needing to use cloud servers in order to maintain 100% and flawless uptime. I am wondering if you offer cloud hositng and if not are your servers equipped to handle an auction and a social network site? If you have a section on the web that gives detailed info on your paid services please leave me the web address here so that I may check it out. Thanks. Ice IT Support
The $12 is charged by HH's upstream provider. Heliohost does not have any paid services. It sounds like you will be needing paid hosting for your applications, as HelioHost does not have cloud services, can not guarantee 100% uptime, and may not be able to accomodate the traffic and server load you require. @admins: Please delete/edit this post if you feel it degrades your services too much or creates a negative image of HH. Brother Hassan
We have 99 % uptime and can't really handle that big a website. I suggest you shift to a paid hosting provider.
viclou
I have the same problem too, but I already have a VeriSign SSL certificate that works on *.facebook.com/* at https://github.com/f...hain_bundle.crt I am looking for an option that says "Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site" under the SSL section of cPanel. But it looks like heliohost disabled it and I need it enabled. By the way, I have used this tutorial: http://www.digicert....ache-cpanel.htm AND NO, this does not require a dedicated IP (according to article facebook links to at http://bobcares.com/blog/?p=1012) This is the cPanel callback info I get:Certificate: Data: Version: 3 (0x2) Serial Number: 0c:a2:9b:65:c9:c4:48:66:8b:0e:e1:1a:56:4e:9f:42 Signature Algorithm: sha1WithRSAEncryption Issuer: C=US, O=DigiCert Inc, OU=www.digicert.com, CN=DigiCert High Assurance CA-3 Validity Not Before: Jan 13 00:00:00 2010 GMT Not After : Apr 11 23:59:59 2013 GMT Subject: C=US, ST=California, L=Palo Alto, O=Facebook, Inc., CN=*.facebook.com Subject Public Key Info: Public Key Algorithm: rsaEncryption RSA Public Key: (1024 bit) Modulus (1024 bit): 00:bd:af:38:fb:40:8b:8b:33:7b:1d:1e:ed:47:70: 8d:55:71:1d:e0:6f:91:44:c4:a3:55:eb:8e:9a:83: 14:a5:7b:56:90:fe:c2:5e:bf:59:a1:fe:ef:75:ca: 7c:2a:77:60:50:98:cd:1b:ad:9d:47:73:74:2b:7d: 8c:80:6a:21:86:80:49:29:c5:b8:5e:cf:27:de:62: 10:32:3b:44:ca:01:8c:4f:9e:6d:9c:4e:30:79:1c: 80:b3:93:ac:44:23:01:5b:03:b4:81:27:67:d2:c9: 6d:42:16:16:19:ca:8d:ed:20:18:e3:d7:d5:63:2b: 20:5f:a5:16:8f:93:32:e6:47 Exponent: 65537 (0x10001) X509v3 extensions: X509v3 Authority Key Identifier: keyid:50:EA:73:89:DB:29:FB:10:8F:9E:E5:01:20:D4:DE:79:99:48:83:F7 X509v3 Subject Key Identifier: FA:7E:B6:C1:41:A3:39:23:AC:79:44:9D:9F:49:E1:C1:63:D9:E3:34 X509v3 Key Usage: critical Digital Signature, Key Encipherment X509v3 Basic Constraints: critical CA:FALSE X509v3 CRL Distribution Points: URI:http://crl3.digicert.com/ca3-fb.crl URI:http://crl4.digicert.com/ca3-fb.crl X509v3 Certificate Policies: Policy: 2.16.840.1.114412.1.3.0.1 CPS: http://www.digicert....-repository.htm User Notice: Explicit Text: X509v3 Extended Key Usage: TLS Web Server Authentication, TLS Web Client Authentication Signature Algorithm: sha1WithRSAEncryption 08:e9:13:21:dc:4c:cb:5d:7e:08:aa:db:18:d2:c1:4a:0e:71: 1d:a4:ef:bb:fb:f5:c1:bc:a7:dd:d3:bf:99:fe:bc:a4:f7:c9: 9d:7e:92:84:f6:32:e1:73:38:56:4d:31:e2:e6:85:69:4e:30: 00:69:1e:fa:70:8a:1a:2e:5d:ca:0d:04:b2:0e:e7:7a:62:cd: 28:42:5a:14:02:59:f5:e9:f1:66:6d:f7:e2:54:82:78:04:72: c2:50:ed:c5:42:c6:38:54:72:18:86:59:3e:66:d5:d9:e3:6a: e7:17:54:fe:0d:c8:b8:11:21:2f:bd:b6:99:3a:40:c9:ef:45: 53:f2:7c:5a:c9:f0:e7:8f:e0:00:dc:8e:1b:39:1e:c2:28:2e: 6b:c8:a9:f0:b6:ec:f4:28:6d:df:df:72:01:f6:df:85:43:f5: 0e:b0:26:ff:11:1c:9c:7a:f3:3e:bd:dc:74:2b:4e:c8:96:8c: e9:24:4f:a5:1a:87:21:32:b9:35:cd:3a:b5:ab:7d:95:75:68: b1:28:a7:4f:72:aa:c9:dc:f1:05:8b:9a:f6:00:85:16:24:77: c7:70:e0:65:fb:d7:90:2e:8a:0d:d5:25:0e:b3:5c:25:4b:9b: 6b:50:47:9c:b2:cf:e2:6c:53:1c:be:9f:68:05:d8:77:4e:48: c4:d9:ff:20 If I am wrong about anything, please LET ME KNOW!
