HealthDay - THURSDAY, Sept. 21 (HealthDay News) -- The number of victims and hospitalizations in the nationwide E. coli outbreak rose starkly Wednesday as U.S. health officials presented the first "smoking-gun" evidence confirming that fresh spinach was indeed the cause.
