Php Create Email Account

Is it possible to create an email account on your domain from a php script or any other scripting language heliohost supports? I've tried several methods and none seem to work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not use cPanel to create another email account?

Or... you can try Google Apps, too!
