Setting Up A Wiki

I want to set up a wiki on my heliohost server, but have 0 experience and knowledge with wikis. I uploaded all content of the wiki I had on my localhost to the server, but I can`t figure out how to edit LocalSettings to point to correct database and how to import the previous database on the server. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently I have "$wgDBserver" set to "stevie.heliohost.org:2082"; and I get error: (Can't contact the database server: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0 (stevie.heliohost.org:2082))

 

I also have problems importing database with "No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration." error constantly appearing.

Change your wgDBserver to "stevie.heliohost.org." Then post any additional errors that you receive.

Is that your cPanel username, and are you using the correct password?

I have $wgDBuser and $wgDBpassword in LocalSettings set to correct values (i. e. my cpanel username and password).
