PenTester Posted August 31, 2011 Author Posted August 31, 2011 still it showing the same error for me. Looks like the problem with ?( %3F) mark. But it sometimes work We(You) have to figure out the error.
jje Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Oh yes looks like it was my cache causing the problem. I have changed the Main Page to point to a page without the ? on the end which redirects, seems to have fixed the problem
PenTester Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 Problem Solved.!! But did you figure out why it is occurred ? because" What is HelioHost? " use ? mark and working finely. but " What Does HelioHost Offer "
jje Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I'm still confused over what the problem was, since the What is HelioHost? link works fine. I just removed the question mark from the end of What Does HelioHost Offer, and somebody had already made a redirection to go to the page with the question mark - seems to be working fine now. Still confused over how this happened on just one page though.
PenTester Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 I am also confused. But there might be simple mistake in code. Oh no. I am seeing the Account Queued page in Wiki.heliohost.org?!
jje Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Yeah all sites on Stevie were down for a short period of time this morning. I wonder if it would be possible to move the wiki over to Cody...
jje Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Well, most official HelioHost facilities (such as HelioNet, Scripts, and more) are hosted on Cody. So, maybe the wiki would be best on Cody. I can't really determine which server is more stable.
PenTester Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 Ok. If wiki in cody ,it will be good. djbob only can change it ,right?!
jje Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Not anymore; about a week ago djbob gave all the administrators access to Cody. I have successfully copied the database, files and configuration over to Cody. I've alerted the other administrators since I have no clue how to transfer the wiki.heliohost.org domain.

Modify Apache configuration file to point the domain wiki.heliohost.org to a specific spot in the server file structure (normally /var/www/wiki.heliohost.org/public_html or something like that), then move the appropriate files to that location. Restart Apache so new configuration file take affect. Then, change DNS records to point the subdomain to Cody's IP.
