I am sure they are working on it. It seems like others are having the same problem so I doubt they will just let it go.

Hello My name is Cami Lopez, username camilope I just got my cpanel up today and was trying to install wordpress. Unfortunately this is what it tells me: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 134 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_check.inc.php on line 378 It tells me the same thing when I tried the other two (nucleus,b2evolution) I haven't done anything with my site yet so I don't understand why there would be no memory.
