my Heliohost username is Secg8tor,domain is Stevie, main domain is onlineg8tor wrong file uploaded.

my user name is secg8tor, my account is on stevie, domain is onlineg8tor.heliohost.org. my account was suspended cos it was inactive and i tried reactivating and i was unable to. i would appreciate if that can be rectified so i can start using my hosting.
