At first when i signed up and waited 48 hours i wondered why my account i signed up for was still inactive, but with further investigation I saw that this host was subjected to a DDoS account. I've been keeping up with the news and I assume that the servers are not up yet but the vulnerability of another attack is close to being prevented. Now my question is this:

What does this mean? Does this mean that the account creation successfully went through? Or should i re-sign up as the email states I should?
