My mail client reports that my email account's password is invalid - Is this the result of the suspension or has someone hijacked my account?

Sure. Mail is the main reason I use Heliohost. Any clues as to what may have caused the excessive process usage so that I can stop it in the future?

Looking at the other posts this seams to be a common theme. Can we start to suspect that the process monitoring might not be reporting things correctly?

Actually being reported as not showing up in the database, and yes I did log in to CPanel less than a month ago
