Username: Rohans Server: Stevie Domain: www.rohanshetty.in I've tried renewing, but it says invalid account. My username 'rohans' is registered with my email Id: rohanshetty26@gmail.com. But Heliohost says its an invalid login. When I request a password reset, it sends the confirmation code to my mail id and when I enter that code onto the confirmation code page, nothing happens and the page just repeats asking for the confirmation code again. I had to create a new account to be able to post on the forum. My account must have been suspended a couple of months ago, but I manage to access my page once then. Now I can't access my cpanel just to FTP my files out of here. Please help.
