Hello, before I further go on, I searched for where is the proper place to post my issue, so I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

I didn't log into my cPanel account for a while and my account got deactivated. after activation I got the error: Database error "Error establishing a database connection". I usually get this error when my account gets deactivated.

i don't usually get into my cpanel a lot, only from time to time and today when i tried to get into my cPanel i got a message says that "Brute-Force attack" protection has been activated, I was wondering why is it? i didn't failed in entering my password at all, neither i tried many times.
