PS: If you are wondering why the same user is posting about two different accounts, this would not violate the one account per user policy as the account is owned by a friend of mine and I am only helping to set up.

It appears that my account is queued. I recently changed the domain from kpum.heliohost.org to kpum.org. It did not propagate at first, but after exactly 24 hours of propagation it finally worked but I found out the account was queued. Your assistance is much appreciated.
