Sorry about the delay in responding. There's only ~2 of us who do the suspended accounts on a regular basis, and the other (tjoene) lives in Belgium and only stops by a few times a week. You were suspended for high load. You've been unsuspended. If you want, I can escalate this to find out what file caused the load for you. Would you like me to do this for you?

I guess there might be some virus file that caused the high load. After you unsuspended my account, it caused the high load again and my account was suspended again. So I don't even have the opportunity to delete all the contents on my website to prevent the high load.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

 

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

I've cleared my cache but the suspended page is still there, and I cannot log into my account, either.

BTW, What kind of action would cause high server load, if I may ask?

I've only installed WordPress on my website, and have not yet added any content to it.

Is it possible that some bugs in your system caused the problem?

It hasn't been changed yet. The address you posted is the default IP for a Stevie account. I'm not sure what Stevie's IP for China is, but it won't be that one.
