Done I cannot delete my addon domain, I want to delete this addon domain now & I will add it later or another one. getting this error

My Account is suspended I am unable to login or reactivate my account. Domain: rackhost.cz.cc username: mbaweb I think I forgot my username when I am trying to use reactivate account it is showing user name does not exist. I don't know what is the cause of suspension of my account may be due to inactivity I was busy in studies please solve my issue.
