My account was suspended for inactivity. I reactivated it, and the Web server now recognizes it (I can reach my page at terrastel.com), but I still cannot access the control panel nor any of my email. I tried resetting the password to no avail, as the new password won't let me access the control panel either. Please investigate, thank you.

I received an email indicating that my account was suspended for inactivity. I followed the link to the Account Renewal screen, entered my cPanel username (gbeith), and submitted. The screen indicated "Searching for account..." and then froze. I still don't have access to my account. Please help me renew my account; thank you.
My primary domain for the account is terrastel.com

I got a whole lot of undeliverable message notices this morning to my LinkedIn email account, gbli@terrastel.us . Apparently the account was hacked and some sort of spam message sent from it. This was not my doing at all. I have changed both my HelioHost account password and my email password to prevent this from happening again. Apparently my account has since been suspended due to this incident -- I am requesting that it be reinstated, as I have done nothing wrong. Thank you.
