a. my HelioHost username: sean b. the server my account is on: johnny c. my HelioHost main domain :seanxiong.heliohost.org Seems that my cPanel account is deleted because it says it cannot find my username but there is still a "Account Suspended" page in my domain. Thanks a lot!
