Finding Server Location - Web Root And Root Url

I just try those out and it says that the web root folder doesn't exist. Is there a configuration page listing of urls and that sort of stuff of heliohost? -
I'm making a Flex application to use a MySQL database I host on Heliohost. I'm asked to provide my server location with my web root and root URL. Does anyone know where I can get this information from? Thanks.
