Hey, admins, will I get help with my problem? or should I give up with heliohost hosting?

user name: nwside17 server: johnny my domain: nw-side.heliohost.org Hello! I registered few monthes ago, it was working ok, but now when I opened my site I saw that it's queued. I also can't login into my control panel. I guess my site was deleted because I didn't open my cpanel more than 30 days. I try to register again with the same name of my site, I get a message that my account has been added to the creation queue. But in some time I get an error message "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for nw-side.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)" Please, help me to get my site back. Thank you.
