apparently you guys suspended me for having a virus again (your scanners are incredibly inacurate. Im a programmer and write my own software which you guys always assume is a virus for whatever reason) You unsuspended me for 24hours to delete the non existent virus but i did not see your reply until it was too late. Please fix your virus software.

My account was suspended the other day, i did not see the reason until now, you guys claim two files of mine are malware, while they are not as I actually wrote the programs. If my account is unsuspended again i'll remove them but their not malware, your scanners are wrong.

Is it possible to create an email account on your domain from a php script or any other scripting language heliohost supports? I've tried several methods and none seem to work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no worries I've switched to real respectable hosting provider and no longer have any problems. Along with my website no longer being down 50% of the time. Thanks.
