Thanks but I'm sure that's the username (note it's subtly different from my forum name but not sure of initial capitalization). Or if I missed the one month cpanel login deadline is the account completely erased? Unfortunately the computer I have autologin setup is away having it's power supply replaced so I can't double check the actual username for sure. The account was operational for several months since earlier this year so I'm not sure where it's gone to? I have a reasonable amount of MySQL data on this account only backed up to my now kaput PC, so I'm in a pickle. I know it's a pain but can you search the server for the fairly unique files 'certificates.php' or 'maintenance.php' to try and locate the correct username?
