I have just tried to install drupal 7 which use the php platform. It's difficult to find a good theme, but it has many modules that provides wysiwyg editor, dropdown menus, linking between several pages (book) .., but it does not have flash support yet. I haven't tried another platform than php, but I was thinking .asp (microsoft visuel ...). What works best for a nice flash website or similar with dynamic content ?
