a. your HelioHost username : theblake b. the server your account is on: stevie c. your HelioHost main domain : theblake.net I received the suspended account warning on 17th Sept 2011 and followed the prompts to reactivate. Now when I attempt to login to the Cpanel I get authentication errors and when use forgot password function, I do not receive any email. I suspect the account has been deactivated. thanks
