MMcCubbing

I've tried a few times now to sign up for an account at HelioHost and 30-60 minutes later I receive an email that just says: I've tried, I think, three times now and have not been able to get anywhere. Do you know why this is happening? I see a few others with a same problem so I am guessing it is something on your side. If it is not please let me know what I need to do. Thanks for your time and assistance.
