I've read the topic and it seems that you had to execute the command
CREATE LANGUAGE plpgsql;
as root. If you could do the same in my database I'd appreciate.

Hi! I am using PostGreSQL and I need to create a procedural language (plpgsql) to create my functions, but when I try to do it I see the following message:
"Must be superuser to create procedural language". So, is it possible to create p.language for my database?

Maybe you can do the same thing as described in posts #21 to #23 from the other thread:

It seems that if you access my schemas and execute the command it should work. My database is mtmatos_ieducar and I'm using the following schemas:
acesso
alimentos
cadastro
consistenciacao
historico
pmiacoes
pmicontrolesis
pmidrh
pmieducar
pmiotopic
portal
public
urbano
