Exxcar

I created an account a few days ago, and I used my co.cc domain, and I used the nameservers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. I then waited for the suggested 48 hours, to see if the problem would be fixed, but neither myself, or any of my friends can access the page. I've even tried clearing my dns cache on my router, to no avail. I can log into cpanel from the Heliohost homepage with no problems, but I can't see my webiste. I really need help with this, I want to start working on my website. My account is exxcar cpanel: http://exxcar.co.cc/cpanel (at least it should be)
