I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request assistance regarding the suspension of my account associated with the domain guruji.helioho.st.
I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made. I created two separate accounts without realizing that the HelioHost terms allow only one Johnny/Tommy account per person. This was an honest oversight on my part, as I had not fully read the terms at the time of registration.
I kindly request that you please reactivate my original account (guruji.helioho.st) and allow me to continue using it. I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding and assure you that I will follow all HelioHost rules moving forward. I have no intention of creating multiple accounts again.
If possible, you may permanently delete or close the second account (vip.helioho.st) so that I remain compliant with your policy.
