This morning, when I accessed my website, I saw a message saying "More Information Needed." After reading the Terms of Service, I believe the issue might be related to multiple accounts.
I want to clarify that I do not personally have more than one account. However, my brother and I share the same Wi-Fi network at home, and sometimes he uses my computer to log into his own account and manage his project.
To avoid this kind of interruption in the future, I’d like to ask: if I upgrade to the "Morty" plan, would this help prevent the issue?
He would remain on the "Tommy" plan, and I would upgrade to "Morty." Would that be acceptable under your policies?
