I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and I would really like to know exactly what happened, as I was doing some tests for creating tables in perl, because my intention is to change services but not before being sure that my perl scripts will work. If you would like to have your account unsuspended please let us know by opening a support ticket on our forums, and explaining what you will do to reduce the load your website causes. If you're not sure why your website caused so much load we might be able to help you with that as well. Once your account is unsuspended you can keep an eye on the information listed in your dashboard heliohost.org/dashboard/load to make sure you don't get suspended again.
