I recently received an email about renewing the Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for my domains. However, when attempting to log in to complete this process, I discovered that my account has been suspended.
I understand there may have been a previous request to unsuspend my account through my university professor. Unfortunately, my email address was not included in that request since I opted to use a personal email instead of my temporary university email address. I made this choice to maintain access to the account beyond my academic term.
Would it be possible to unsuspend my account so I can proceed with the SSL certificate renewal? If not, what would you suggest as the best course of action regarding this matter?
