  1. I access this service daily, mainly for email forwarding. Then this nonsense about inactivity started... They told me that if I created a website, this service interruption would no longer occur... I created an aggregator website and nothing changed... Then your stupid system simply stops working. I can no longer receive my emails and I have to try a renewal procedure that doesn't work – it's faulty / bug... The yellow wheel keeps spinning for hours, as if it were renewing the account. But in reality it does nothing, it's just a simulation. Why don't you fix this? People who sign up to use your service do so because they need to, not because it's a good thing... For those who access email servers every day, it's absurd to receive inactivity messages or have to try a procedure that doesn't work – every time I need to write an email... And now the email address support@heliohost.org has been deactivated. It's something like: don't contact them, write in the forums, etc... They should use your time for something more useful and not to create problems for people...
