I'm trying to connect to my postgres database from outside

johnny.heliohost.org:5432

database: coc2coc_happyvegi

user: coc2coc_happyvegiuser

I get this error:

FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "42.119.246.252", user "coc2coc_happyvegiuser", database "coc2coc_happyvegi", SSL off

After searching in this forum, I understand that I need admin help to allow connect from outside. If i'm right, pls allow connection from any IP address for above database and user
