Hi I've got an email warning that my account will be disabled a bit less than a week ago and I still cannot log in (for the reasons I mentioned above) Can anybody help me with that?

I tried, received an auth code, entered it and got the message -------------------------------------------------------- Password Reset Auth token mismatch: please make sure you copied the full url from the email and that you have used the same browser session you started the process in. -------------------------------------------------------- clicking the link in them mail produces the same result
