Is this issue corrected now?
Unfortunately, not. Still seeing permission issues when attempting to edit or view domains from within cPanel.

Haven't been able to login via the HelioHost homepage for several days. Deferred reporting it because of the notice "Stevie Down for Maintenance", and the Server Status icon for Stevie is red.
Today, instead of being redirected to the cPanel login, a pop-up displays with the message "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database" is displayed. Has this account been suspended? Please could you reinstate it. Thanks.
