See I have the issue... that when I enable the Allow URL_open (using a custom PHP.ini file) it disables php Fileinfo and Php exif... however if I try to change it to php 7.3 it disables allow url open... XD

Okay now its telling me that I need PHP allow_url_fopen is required where do I find this file to change that?
