2 databases have been opened to remote connection from any IP but I still can't remote connect to my databases remotely with the same error as before: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "88.163.244.241", user "ticki84_florent", database "ticki84_jiradb", SSL off

I tried to connect from my own IP and I got the same message for the ticki84_jiradbuser database

I used these to connect:

host: tommy.heliohost.org

port: 5432

database: ticki84_jiradb

user: ticki84_florent

Also my port 5432 is opened, do you have any idea?

I'm pretty new to this HelioHost, can you please allow remote connection from any IP to ticki84_jiradb and ticki84_jirabduser PostGreSQL databases (on Tommy server)?
