Im interested to know if is possible to run some machine learning libraries for python such as: tensorflow, sci-kit, numpy, keras, pytorch, lightGBM, theano and pandas. On the other side, any experience with Jupyter Notebooks in Django at the server?

should be possible to install R and Rstudio in the servers? Im working on a project with shiny library for data visualization. Shiny compiles R-language into javascript code with bootstrapt 4, its a very cool way to work with a lightweight an dynamic website with R as backend.
