Hi there - I just noticed that my domain (registered at name dot com) no longer works - it keeps getting a connection time out. The domain is still active and I have the correct nameservers (i.e., ns1.heliohost.org, ns2.heliohost.org). I've had this domain pointed to my heliohost site for almost ten years now, so not sure what changed? My site on heliohost works fine. I'm not sure if this is a problem that I need to contact name.com for or if it's something I need to update on heliohost. Thanks in advance!
